衰减器在研究大功率脉冲信号的测试系统中是一种重要的元部件.然而,固定衰减器在大功率脉冲信号作用下,常发生烧毁现象.本文从毫米波衰减器的传播常数入手,分析了衰减器的损坏机理,给出其承受功率与衰减器膜片位置的函数关系,提出了一种适应于大功率脉冲信号的固定衰减器结构.
Attenuator is an important component in the research of high-power pulse signal test system.However, the fixed attenuator often burns under the action of high-power pulse signal.This article starts with the propagation constant of millimeter-wave attenuator and analyzes The damaging mechanism of the attenuator is given. The relationship between the power and the position of the attenuator diaphragm is given. A fixed attenuator structure suitable for high power pulse signals is proposed.
