目的:讨论利用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合奥硝唑对牙周病的治疗效果,以提高临床治愈率。方法:我院在2013年1月-2013年12月期间接诊牙周病患者100例,不考虑患者的性别、年龄、既往病史、兴趣爱好、生活习惯等因素,将其无差别随机分配为两组,即观察组50例,对照组50例;观察组采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合奥硝唑,生效率达到88.5%,对照组采用常规手段治疗生效率仅为62.3%。结论:利用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合奥硝唑治疗牙周病具有显著效果,经过临床实践检验可以推广使用。
Objective: To discuss the use of omeprazole, amoxicillin combined with ornidazole on the treatment of periodontal disease in order to improve the clinical cure rate. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2013, 100 cases of periodontal disease patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013. The patients were randomly divided into two groups without discrimination according to their sex, age, past medical history, hobbies and habits. 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.
