引言近40年来,为抑制病菌的生长与繁殖,一直在进行系统的研究,以寻找适宜的天然化合物,为临床上制服传染病提供了多种抗菌药物。这些抗菌药物,大多是陆生微生物产生的化合物,以放线菌为主。但是,至今临床上还存在许多问题需要解决。由一些假单孢菌感染的疾病,还不能有效地治疗;而由真菌或病毒感染的疾病也只有少数几种抗生素可以治疗;此外,普遍出现了耐药性病菌。由于这种种理由,寻找新抗生素的研究工作仍在不断地进行,不仅利用陆生微生物研究,而且利用海洋动植物进行研究。
Introduction In the past 40 years, in order to inhibit the growth and reproduction of germs, systematic research has been carried out to find suitable natural compounds and provide a variety of antimicrobial agents for clinical uniforms. These antibacterial drugs, mostly compounds produced by terrestrial microorganisms, are mainly actinomycetes. However, so far there are still many problems to be solved. Diseases that are infected by some Pseudomonas are not yet effectively treated; diseases that are infected by fungi or viruses are also treated with only a few antibiotics; in addition, drug-resistant germs are common. Due to these reasons, the search for new antibiotics continues to be carried out, not only using terrestrial microorganisms, but also using marine animals and plants for research.
