MBS共聚物是甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯的三元共聚物,由于MBS共聚物中三组分的含量比对其性能有较大影响,测定其各组成含量是很有必要的。我们曾用碘化氢置换法测定甲基丙烯酸甲酯含量,用紫外分光光度法测定苯乙烯含量,丁二烯含量由减量得到。但化学分析操作繁复,分析周期长,不能满足试验工作的需要。因此,我们借助裂解气相色谱法对MBS的组成含量测定作了试验。
MBS copolymer is a terpolymer of methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene. Since the content of the three components in the MBS copolymer has a greater impact on the performance, it is necessary to determine the content of each component of. We have used hydrogen iodide replacement method for the determination of methyl methacrylate content, styrene content by UV spectrophotometry, butadiene content obtained by the reduction. However, complicated chemical analysis operation, long analysis cycle, can not meet the needs of experimental work. Therefore, we tested the composition of MBS by pyrolysis gas chromatography.
