重视并做好后进生的工作是素质教育中极为重要的环节。任课教师应根据各自的特长和优势,组成一个能充分发挥其积极性、主动性的团体,对待后进生要唤起其自尊、树立其自信,欲先为师、先做益友,讲究方式、提高效率。
Paying attention to and doing the work of backward students is an extremely important part of quality education. Teachers in the classroom should form a group that can give full play to their enthusiasm and initiative according to their respective strengths and strengths. They should evoke their self-esteem and establish their self-confidence in dealing with later students. They should first be teachers and friends first, pay attention to methods and improve efficiency.
