2008年以来,新疆区农信社着力开展信用工程建设,以信用工程“贷”动富民工程。他们创造性地实施了在村级干部中聘用义务信贷员的措施,取得了很好的效果。事实证明这种做法不仅促进了农村信贷的健康发展,也密切了干群关系。喀什:聘用义务信贷员方法得当举措多今年以来,新疆喀什地区在村级干部中认真开展了聘用义务信贷员工作,进一步增强村干部执政为民、服务群众的能力。
