[案情追踪]2010年5月,李保强在担任庆云汇融经贸有限公司税收管理员期间,监管不到位,使该公司大量虚开增值税发票,致使国家损失157万元税款;2010年8月,他利用职务之便,收受贿赂5万元。2013年10月4日,李保强被山东省德州市庆云县法院以玩忽职守罪、受贿罪数罪并罚,判处有期徒刑二年。[忏悔录]我出生于一个贫寒的农村家庭。小时候,父母日出而作日落而息,辛苦一年却换不来一家人的口粮。我高中毕业后,考上了财经学院,成为村里第一个大学生。大学毕业后,我被分配到乡镇税务所工作。
