作者考察了在聚乙烯热氧化反应中,不同反应时间、温度和催化剂用量对氧化产物的最大无卡咬负荷值P_B的影响。对氧化产物进行了红外光谱分析,查明了在产物中含有极性基团,在一定范围内P_B值随极性基团的增多而增大。 作者采用热氧化聚乙烯作复铜钢管件的引伸加工和复铜钢板的冷轧加工润滑剂。前者引伸了30万件以上产品,后者轧制了26吨产品的扩大试验,均取得了比较满意的结果。
The authors investigated the effect of different reaction time, temperature and amount of catalyst on the maximum card-free bite load value P_B of the oxidation products in the polyethylene thermal oxidation reaction. Infrared spectrum analysis of the oxidation products, found in the product containing polar groups, within a certain range of P_B value increases with the increase of polar groups. The author uses thermal oxidized polyethylene for copper clad steel extension processing and copper-clad cold-rolled lubricant. The former extended more than 300,000 products, the latter rolling 26 tons of product expansion test, have achieved more satisfactory results.
