学生干部是学校育人工作的最基层执行者、主要协助者。学校的教学、思想政治教育、后勤等工作离不开学生干部的配合和直接操作。对于学生干部来说,由于有其特殊性,故学生干部的职能主要表现为:引导、指挥、协调、组织、教育。而教育又分为思想政治教育和专业素质教育。学生干部作为学生中的领导者不但和广大同学的利益一致,而且又与普通学生有着明显的区别。因此,学生干部的地位和作用主要表现为:集中体现广大同学的意志,代表广大同学行使一定的权力,以为同学服务为根本宗旨的,主要行使引导、组织和协调等职能。
Student cadres are the most basic executors and key facilitators of school education. The school’s teaching, ideological and political education, and logistics are inseparable from the cooperation and direct operation of student cadres. For student cadres, because of their special nature, the functions of student cadres mainly include: guidance, command, coordination, organization, and education. Education is divided into ideological and political education and professional quality education. As student leaders, students’ cadres are not only consistent with the interests of the majority of students, but also have obvious differences from ordinary students. Therefore, the status and role of student cadres are mainly manifested as follows: Concentrate on reflecting the will of the students and on behalf of the majority of the students to exercise certain powers, and that the service of the classmates is the fundamental purpose, mainly exercising guidance, organization, and coordination.
