在热振联合试验中,温度和振动的控制和测量是最主要的技术难点。讨论了采用热流作为加热控制方式,采用红外点温仪作为温度测量手段的可行性;同时提出采用多普勒激光测振技术控制和测量热环境下的振动参数。通过试验验证和结果分析得出,在热振联合试验中采用多普勒激光测振仪是可行的。
In the thermal vibration joint test, temperature and vibration control and measurement is the most important technical difficulties. The feasibility of using heat flow as heating control method and infrared point thermometer as temperature measurement method is discussed. At the same time, it is proposed to control and measure the vibration parameters in thermal environment by Doppler laser vibration measurement technology. Through the experimental verification and the result analysis, it is feasible to use the Doppler laser vibrometer in the thermal vibration joint test.
