我国在进行经济改革开放之后,证券市场随之也得到了飞速的的发展,在本文当中我们主要针对“九五”期间该情势背景之下,对于我国股票证券发行市场进行探究和分析工作,对于其中的弊端和缺陷进行深入剖析的基础之上,提出切实可行的建议和意见以求能够对于该种状况进行改善。
