中央国家机关科研系统图书馆学会与晋冀五市图书馆学会于7月24日至30日联合举办“文献搜集和服务协作协调”研究班。隶属于中央国家机关科研系统及河北、山西公共图书馆系统61所图书馆79位有关负责同志参加了这次研究班。朱孟杰、王维新、李授、崔秀兴、赵华英、张国楷及辛希孟同志分别作了专题报告和介绍了本单位文献搜集和服务协作协调的情况。学员们普遍反映,这个研究班由于及时、针对性强,尽管时间较短,但能解决问题,收效较大。华北地区图书馆工作协调委员会于4月12～13日在北京召开工作会议,会议听取了上届主任委员冯秉文同志代表上届图协所
The Academia Sinica of Central Research Institute of Scientific Research System and the Institute of Library Science of Five Cities of Jin-Ji City jointly held the Seminar on “Collaborative Documentation Collection and Service Coordination” from July 24 to July 30. 79 affiliated responsible comrades belonging to the research institutes of central state organs and 61 libraries in Hebei and Shanxi Public Library Systems participated in this seminar. Zhu Mengjie, Wang Weixin, Li Tu, Cuixiu Xing, Zhao Huaying, Zhang Guokai and Xin Ximeng made special reports respectively and introduced the situation of document collection and service cooperation and coordination of the unit. The participants generally reflected that this research class, because of its promptness and pertinence, can solve the problem and achieve greater success despite the short time.
