我科1990年以来成功地抢救18例心脏骤停患者报道如下。临床资料一般资料本组13例。男12例,女1例,年龄37～76岁平均年龄60岁。急性心肌梗塞5例,陈旧心肌梗塞并频发室性早搏3例,频发心绞痛3例,扩张型心肌病2例。心脏骤停前心电图表现多源室早继之室速、室颤10例;成对室早继之室速、室颤2例,Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞心室率<30次/分1例。抢救成功后存活的时间为:康复出院8例;存活10天1例;存活4天1例;存活3天
Our department successfully saved 18 cases of cardiac arrest patients since 1990 reported as follows. General information on clinical data in this group of 13 cases. There were 12 males and 1 females, the average age of 37-76 years old was 60 years old. 5 cases of acute myocardial infarction, old myocardial infarction and frequent premature ventricular contractions in 3 cases, frequent angina in 3 cases, dilated cardiomyopathy in 2 cases. Survival time after rescue success: 8 cases were discharged from hospital; 1 case survived 10 days; 1 case survived 4 days; 3 days survived
