班主任是学校班级工作的教育者、组织者和领导者,也是学校目标管理的具体落实者,是沟通学校、家庭和社会的桥梁和纽带。一个班几十个学生能否健康地成长为全面发展,有着良好素质的社会主义新人,在很大程度上取决于班主任工作是否得力。回顾这两年的班主任工作,让我感触颇深。但实践告诉我:作为一名班主任老师,如果我们能对学生倾注满腔的爱心,与学生平等交往、真诚相待,再加上对学生,特别是对后进生进行耐心细致的说服教育工作,就为我们做好班主任工作储备了较为充足的能量。
The class teacher is the educator, organizer and leader of the school class work. It is also the concrete implementer of the school goal management and is the bridge and link between the school, family and society. Whether or not a class of dozens of students can grow healthily into an all-round development with a good quality of new socialist people depends to a large extent on the effective work of the class teacher. Recalling the class teacher’s work in these two years, I feel very deep. But practice tells me that as a class teacher, if we can devote a lot of love to students, treat students as equal and treat each other sincerely, and then persuade and educate the students, especially those for backwardness, We do a good job for class teacher reserves more adequate energy.
