研究了硼含量对960 MPa级工程机械用钢相变组织与显微硬度的影响。结果表明,试验钢的硼含量从0增加到0.002%时,试验钢的淬透性逐渐提高,而当硼含量达到一定值后(0.004%),淬透性并没有得到进一步提升。试验钢硼含量为0.002%时,试验钢的淬透性最佳,在5℃/s冷速下即可得到全马氏体组织。研究结果可为生产实践和新工艺的制定提供一定的参考依据。
The effect of boron content on the phase transformation microstructure and microhardness of 960 MPa grade construction machinery steel was studied. The results show that the hardenability of the test steel increases gradually when the boron content of the test steel increases from 0 to 0.002%. However, the hardenability of the test steel has not been further improved after the boron content reaches a certain value (0.004%). When the boron content of the test steel is 0.002%, the hardenability of the test steel is the best. Under the cooling rate of 5 ℃ / s, the whole martensite structure can be obtained. The research results can provide reference for the production practice and new technology development.
