湖北省荆州市中心医院(简称荆州医院)始建于1950年,座落在历史文化名城荆州古城市中心。传说这里是名医华佗为关公刮骨疗毒故址,是江汉平原集医疗、教学、科研、急救、康复为一体的大型综合性三级甲等医院、国际爱婴医院、荆州市医疗急救中心、国际紧急救援中心网络医院,是同济医科大学、湖北中医学院、湖北省卫生职工医学院的教学医院、三峡大学医学院附属医院。医院先后被授予全国卫生系统先进集体、省级文明单位、文明优质服务示范医院等一系列荣誉称号。
Jingzhou Central Hospital in Hubei Province (Jingzhou Hospital for short) was founded in 1950 and is located in the historic and cultural city of Jingzhou. Legend has it that this is a doctor Hua Tuo is the site of Guan Gong’s cure for bone poisoning. It is a large-scale comprehensive Grade-A hospital, an international baby-friendly hospital, and a medical emergency center in Jingzhou City, which integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, first aid, and rehabilitation. The International Emergency Rescue Center Network Hospital is a teaching hospital of Tongji Medical University, Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hubei Medical Staff Medical College, and a hospital attached to the Medical College of China Three Gorges University. The hospital has been awarded a series of honorary titles such as National Advanced Collective of Health System, Provincial Civilized Unit, and Civilized Model Hospital.
