在非公有制经济组织中发展党员,把其中的优秀分子吸收进党组织,是扩大党的执政基础,做好新时期党建工作的一项内容。这在理论上已经不存在疑义了,一些地方近年来也进行了有益探索,取得了一定成效。但是,总体说来,这项工作的发展还很不平衡,一些地方的党组织对于在非公有制经济组织中开展党的工作的重要性认识不足,主动性不够,采取的措施不力,非公有制企业中党组织的状况不适应形势发展的要求。
The development of party members in non-public economic organizations and the absorption of the outstanding elements among them into the party organizations are an element of expanding the party’s governing foundation and doing a good job in party building in the new period.
