提高美术教学质量是推进素质化教学的重要组成部分,初中美术教师应当立足当前教学工作实际,对教学工作中存在的不足进行分析研究,着力提高自身履职能力,强化改进教育教学方法,提高美术教学质量。教师应当重点从四个方面着手:一是深入开展教学研究,努力提升教育教学驾驭能力;二是推进课堂教学改革,增强初中美术教学生机活力;三是发挥信息媒体作用,给予美术课堂丰富生动信息;四是体现课外资源整合,有效延伸美术教育教学环节。
