目的探讨苯作业非酒精性脂肪肝工人不同血压水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法将210名苯作业非酒精性脂肪肝工人依据血压水平分为高血压组(65例)和无高血压组(145例),无高血压组再进一步分为正常血压组(70例)和正常高值血压组(75例),运用多普勒超声诊断仪检测各组的颈动脉内-中膜厚度和颈动脉斑块。结果苯作业非酒精性脂肪肝工人中,高血压组颈动脉内膜增厚检出率(29.23%)及斑块检出率(16.92%)明显高于无高血压组颈动脉内膜增厚检出率(16.55%)及斑块检出率(7.59%),正常高值血压组颈动脉内膜增厚检出率(22.67%)及斑块检出率(12%)明显高于正常血压组颈动脉内膜增厚检出率(16.55%)及斑块检出率(7.59%)(均P<0.05)。结论苯作业非酒精性脂肪肝工人中,随血压水平的增高,颈动脉粥样硬化的检出率增加。在正常高值血压组阶段,苯作业非酒精性脂肪肝人群颈动脉粥样硬化的检出率已显著增加。
Objective To investigate the relationship between different blood pressure levels and carotid atherosclerosis in benzene-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver workers. Methods A total of 210 benzene-based non-alcoholic fatty liver workers were divided into two groups according to their blood pressure: hypertension group (65 cases) and non-hypertension group (145 cases). The patients without hypertension were further divided into normotensive group (n = 70) Normal high blood pressure group (75 cases), the use of Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument in each group of carotid intima - media thickness and carotid plaque. Results In benzene-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, the detection rate of carotid intimal thickening (29.23%) and plaque detection rate (16.92%) in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in non-hypertensive group The detection rate (16.55%) and plaque detection rate (7.59%) were significantly higher than those in normal high blood pressure group (22.67%) and plaque detection rate (12%) In the blood pressure group, carotid intimal thickening detection rate (16.55%) and plaque detection rate (7.59%) (all P <0.05). Conclusions Among the non-alcoholic fatty liver workers with benzene, the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis increased with the increase of blood pressure. At normal high blood pressure group stage, the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis in benzene-treated non-alcoholic fatty liver patients has been significantly increased.
