本文报告自行设计的尿道扩张--支架引流术治疗尿道狭窄的新方法。选用对尿道刺激最轻的硅胶导尿管!在留制于球部尿道段制做多个小孔尿道扩张后,将备制好的,比扩张器小 F1～2号的导尿管插入尿道做为支架,留置12～14周。术后小剂量较长期应用强地松。本组11例,随防10月至4年,效果良好,仅3例术后7～13月需再次扩张。认为该法简单,病人痛苦小、不受狭窄部位及长度的限制,并可用于有尿道周围感染及尿瘘等并发症者。
