本文对52例急性风湿性心脏炎进行了超声心动图检测的动态观察。急性期心动图检测心内结构正常16/52例;心内结构不正常36/52例,以左室容量负荷增加为主。恢复期心动图检测随防心内结构正常39/52例;心内结构不正常13/52例。结果表明超声心动图对急性风湿性心脏炎的动态观察具有一定的临床价值。
This article 52 cases of acute rheumatic carditis echocardiography dynamic observation. Acute cardiogram detection of cardiac structure normal 16/52 cases; abnormal cardiac structure 36/52 cases, mainly to increase left ventricular volume load. The convalescent cardiogram was detected in 39/52 patients with normal intracardiac structure and 13/52 patients with abnormal intracardiac structure. The results show that echocardiography of dynamic observation of acute rheumatic carditis has some clinical value.
