本文对用培养皿或烧瓶繁殖的马铃薯植株与直接由块茎繁殖的植株进行田间生产性能的比较。材料与方法试验品种的来源与前面《马铃薯芽尖培养皿培养繁殖》一文相同。自5月31日开始,将用赤霉酸处理过的块茎芽尖用烧瓶或培养皿繁殖。获得的芽尖按Goodwin 等(1980)所建议的那样直接移植到盆
Here we compare field performance of potatoes grown in Petri dishes or flasks with plants grown directly from tubers. MATERIALS AND METHODS The source of the tested cultivars was the same as earlier “Potato shoot tip culture dishes”. Beginning on May 31, tips of tuber buds treated with gibberellic acid are propagated in flasks or dishes. The shoot tips obtained were transplanted directly to the pot as suggested by Goodwin et al. (1980)
