已有研究表明,吸附特性与材料结构、挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)自身的物理化学特性、吸附材料填料率、室内污染源强度、室外污染源强度及环境温湿度等参数有关。但在实际应用中,除了这些不稳定或不确定的因素之外,是否存在其它影响因素还有待确定。本文通过理论与模拟分析,找出了通风是实际条件下是否考虑VOC吸附影响的关键因素,并结合算例提出了考虑和忽略建材吸附量影响的通风临界值的确定方法。分析可知,当换气次数小于0.1次/h时,要考虑地毯和沙发等吸附性较强材料的吸附影响;当换气次数大于20次/h时,可忽略其吸附影响。本文结论为综合考虑散发、吸附、传播和暴露规律的室内空气品质(Indoor Air Quality,IAQ)应用软件的开发提供了一定参考。
It has been shown that the adsorption characteristics are related to the structure of the material, the physical and chemical properties of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), the packing ratio of adsorbent materials, the intensity of indoor pollution sources, the intensity of outdoor pollution sources and the environmental temperature and humidity. However, in practice, in addition to these unstable or uncertain factors, the existence of other factors have yet to be determined. In this paper, through theoretical and simulation analysis, we find out whether ventilation is the key factor to consider the influence of VOC adsorption under the actual conditions. The method of determining the ventilation critical value considering and neglecting the adsorption capacity of building materials is proposed. Analysis shows that when the number of ventilation is less than 0.1 times / h, the adsorption effect of stronger adsorptive materials such as carpet and sofa should be considered. When the number of ventilation is more than 20 times / h, the influence of adsorption can be neglected. The conclusion of this paper provides a reference for the development of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) application software considering the rules of emission, adsorption, propagation and exposure.
