本文叙述了电渣熔铸30crMnsiNiA异形铸件质量性能及模拟寿命.试验结果表明电渣熔铸异形铸件性能全部满足技术要求,达到或超过锻造毛坯的性能.电渣熔铸铸件具有如此的优异性能是由于它致密,完全消除缩孔和疏松,夹杂物、有害气体、有害元素纯净,成分及组织均匀.电渣熔铸件内部质量的改善主要是由于钢-渣精炼反应和强制冷却凝固.作者研究证实电渣熔铸是生产异型机械部件毛坯、实现以铸代锻的重要途径.
