军团病(Legionellosis或Legionnaires Disease简称LD)是一呼吸道传染病。其感染范围之广、病死率之高日益受到重视。继美国之后,1977年来世界各地陆继出现流行或散发病例。我国1982年康晓明首次报告一例,次年李珍大自肺炎病人分离出我国第一株军团杆菌(NJ8331),1985年福建也发现LD并分离到此菌(1157),随后广州、天津、北京又先后从空调系统冷却水中分离到此菌。血清学调查提示我国的LD可能广泛存在。
Legionellosis (Legionellosis or Legionnaires Disease referred to as LD) is an infectious respiratory disease. Its wide range of infections, the high case fatality has received increasing attention. Following the United States, cases of epidemics or sporadic cases occurred in various parts of the world since 1977. In 1982, Kang Xiaoming first reported a case in China. The following year, Li Zhen’s first isolate of Legionella (NJ8331) was isolated from patients with pneumonia. In 1985, LD was also found in this area in Liaoning Province (1157). Subsequently, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Beijing This system has been isolated from the air-conditioning cooling water. Serological surveys suggest that LD may be widespread in our country.
