１９９２－１０～２０００－０１，我院共行开胸手术１０２３例，术后发生肺部真菌感染１２例，占１．２％。男７例，女５例。年龄５１～７０岁，平均６５．３岁。食管切除术后９例，肺叶切除术后２例，结核性脓胸引流术后１例。术后气管切开术１例，人工呼吸机辅助呼吸１例。
1992-10 ~ 2000-01, our hospital a total of 1023 cases of open thoracotomy, pulmonary fungal infection occurred in 12 cases, accounting for 1.2%. 7 males and 5 females. Age 51 to 70 years old, average 65.3 years old. 9 cases after esophagectomy, 2 cases after lobectomy, and 1 case after tuberculous empyema drainage. Postoperative tracheotomy in 1 case, artificial ventilator assisted breathing in 1 case.
