食道异物是耳鼻喉科常见急症之一,由于咀嚼功能差,口腔粘膜感觉差,老年人食道异物较为多见,而且手术危险性大。我院自1991～1995年行食道镜检查术取老年食道异物45例,报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:45例老年食道异物患者,男21例,女24例,50～60岁31例,61～70岁11例,70岁以上3例。病程:1天之内39例,2～3天5例,3天以上1例。冠心病患者9例,高血压患者15例,慢性气管炎、肺气肿患者11例。
Esophageal foreign body is one of the common emergency of otolaryngology, due to poor chewing function, poor oral mucosa, elderly esophageal foreign body more common, and the risk of surgery. Our hospital from 1991 to 1995 underwent esophagectomy in elderly patients with esophageal foreign body 45 cases, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 45 cases of elderly patients with esophageal foreign body, 21 males and 24 females, 50 to 60 years in 31 cases, 61 to 70 years in 11 cases, 70 years of age in 3 cases. Course of disease: 39 cases within 1 day, 2 to 3 days in 5 cases, more than 3 days in 1 case. 9 cases of coronary heart disease, hypertension in 15 cases, chronic bronchitis, emphysema in 11 patients.
