任何优良教学方法的产生、确定和选择,都不是随意的,都有其科学的依据,具有很强的科学性。业余体校教学方法的改革,就是要充分体现教练如何根据训练的目的、内容和训练的对象,分析其内在的联系,从而选择科学的、有效的训练方法去完成教学任务。因此,业余体校教学方法的最显著特征应该是对优良的教学、训练方法的掌握和运用。具体有以下三个方面的显著特点。
