目的 观察中西医结合疗法治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风急性期的临床疗效。方法 对照组 48例采用西药常规治疗 ,治疗组 60例在对照组治疗基础上加服加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤。结果 治疗组总有效率 ( 85.0 0 % )明显优于对照组 ( 68.75% ) ,经统计学处理 ,P <0 .0 1 ;且治疗组神经功能缺损评分降低情况也明显优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 5)。结论 中西医结合疗法治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风急性期疗效确切
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type acute ischemic stroke. Methods The control group of 48 patients treated with conventional Western medicine, the treatment group of 60 patients on the basis of the control group plus serving flavored melon 蒌 薤 Ban Banxia Tang. Results The total effective rate (85.0%) in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (68.75%), and was statistically significant (P <0.01). The reduction in neurological deficit scores in the treatment group was also significantly better than that in the control group <0 .0 5).
