In order to understand the mental health status of female medical staff, the author conducted 76 psychological examinations of 76 female medical workers (42 doctors and 36 nurses) in municipal hospitals in this city. 1 Materials and Methods Subject: 42 female doctors in a municipal hospital in Nantong City.
