目的 :探讨准分子激光角膜切削术 (PRK)治疗近视的安全性、有效性、稳定性。方法 :采用SummitOmnined型准分子激光仪治疗近视 10 389眼 ,随访 3年 177眼。术前屈光度 - 2 .0 0～ 9.0 0D ,平均 (-5.359± 2 .32 2 )D。随访内容有裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、角膜内皮镜及眼压、角膜地形图。结果 :术后裸眼视力≥ 0 .5和≥ 1.0 Ⅰ 组为 10 0 %、95.7% ,Ⅱ组为 97.1%、83.3% ,Ⅲ 组为 95.8%、6 5.4 %。术后 3年正视率Ⅰ组为 92 .5% ,Ⅱ组为 86 .3% ,Ⅲ组为 6 7.6 %。术后并发症多为一过性。结论 :PRK治疗近视安全、有效
Objective: To investigate the safety, efficacy and stability of excimer laser keratectomy (PRK) in the treatment of myopia. Methods: 10 389 myopic eyes were treated with SummitOmnined excimer laser and were followed up for 3 years and 177 eyes. Preoperative diopters - 2.0 0 ~ 9.0 0D, mean (-5.359 ± 2.322) D. Follow-up content of uncorrected visual acuity, refraction, corneal curvature, corneal endoscopy and intraocular pressure, corneal topography. Results: Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity ≥0.5 and ≥ 1.0 Ⅰ group was 10 0%, 95.7%, 97.1%, 83.3% in group Ⅱ, 95.8% and 65.4% in group Ⅲ. At 3 years after operation, the positive rate in group Ⅰ was 92.5%, in group Ⅱ 86.3% and in group Ⅲ 6 7.6%. Postoperative complications are mostly transient. Conclusion: PRK is safe and effective in treating myopia
