目的 了解糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中钠钾三磷酸腺苷酶活性变化 ,探索影响糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的有关因素。方法 应用孔雀绿比色分析法对糖尿病大鼠发病后不同时期内视网膜组织中钠钾三磷酸腺苷酶活性进行了检测 ,并与空腹血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、视网膜组织中钠钾离子含量及病程进行了分析。结果 糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中钠钾三磷酸腺苷酶活性明显下降 ,钾离子含量下降 ,钠离子含量增加。钠钾三磷酸腺苷酶活性变化与空腹血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、视网膜组织中钠钾离子含量及病程密切相关。结论 糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中钠钾三磷酸腺酶活性下降可能是糖尿病视网膜病变的病理基础之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of sodium and potassium triphosphate adenosine triphosphatase activity in the retina of diabetic rats and to explore the factors that affect the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy. Methods The malachite green colorimetric method was used to detect the activity of Na +-K + -ATPase in the retina tissue of diabetic rats at different stages after onset, and was compared with the fasting plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, the content of sodium and potassium in retinal tissue analysis. Results The activity of Na + and K + -ATPase in diabetic retinopathy decreased significantly, while the content of K + decreased and the content of Na + increased. The changes of sodium and potassium ATPase activity are closely related to the fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, sodium and potassium in retinal tissue and the course of disease. Conclusion The decreased activity of Na +-K + -ATPase in diabetic retinopathy may be one of the pathological basis of diabetic retinopathy.
