2016年3月1日,黑龙江省图书馆“智慧书房”在群力新城服务中心正式启动并投入使用。持有省图书馆读者证的读者即可从“智慧书房”自助机橱窗展示的600多本图书里挑选心仪的图书。一扫、一按、一刷、一取,整个借书、还书过程不到1分钟,十分方便快捷。省图书馆会根据读者的借阅量,对机器内的图书随时进行补充,并定期更换图书种类,让读者更方便地借阅
