我们晋城矿务局位于山西省东南部的泽洲盆地,筹建于1958年。晋城矿务局建局后的前20年和我们的国家一样,是在艰苦曲折中渡过的。党的十一届三中全会以后,改革开放的大政方针给我局注入了蓬勃的生机和活力。这十年,我局经历了“八年翻番”,“两年飞跃”两个阶段,两个文明建设以前所未有的规模和速度向前发展。被原煤炭部命名为“中国煤炭工业现代化矿务局”,并被国务院企业管理指导委员会正式批准为国家二级企业。 1988年以来,我局的各项工作就是在这样一个高起点上展开的。一年多来,我们在高起点上又有了新的突破:第一、原煤产量大幅度增长,步入特大型煤炭企业行列。1988年,我局原煤总产量达到1003.26万吨,比1987年净增103.21万吨,提高11.5％。在不增加新矿井的情况下,连续五年平均每
