本文提出一新结构的葉片式液动机。液动机的特点是在保证密封的前提下,尽量减少葉片的径向不平衡力,减少葉片和定子曲线表面间的摩擦力,以使葉片的磨损减小,减少低速运转时产生爬行可能性,提高机械功率。经过初步试验证明这种液动机性能是良好的。文中介绍了这中葉片式液动机的工作原理和构造,分析了葉片受力的状况,并论述了为减少油液泄漏,在设计上和工藝上应采取的措施。文中还分析了引起葉片式液动机运转不均匀特性(或葉片式油泵输油量不均匀)的原因,提出了与不同的观点,认为为了免除由于葉片槽底油液的吸油和压油变化,而引起转速(或输油量)的不均匀,应当满足以下的条件。其中a——过渡曲线中心角。τ——葉片槽節距中心角。k——任意正整数。ρ——葉片位置的向径。
