目的分析近年来菏泽市牡丹区布鲁杆菌病(布病)疫情特征及重点人群感染状况,为布病防治提供参考依据。方法对牡丹区布病病例及重点人群监测结果进行描述性分析。结果 2005—2012年牡丹区共报告人间布病183例,都司镇、胡集乡报告发病数分别占发病总数的42.08%和33.88%;20~49岁患者139例,占75.96%;农民133例,占72.68%;3—7月发病146例,占79.78%。重点人群感染率为3.18%,98份血培养标本分离到18株布鲁杆菌。结论牡丹区疫情回升态势明显,职业特征明确,季节性高发,要进一步加强部门协作,落实各项防控措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of brucellosis (brucellosis) in Mudan District, Heze City in recent years and the infection status of key populations in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of brucellosis. Methods Descriptive analysis was made on the surveillance results of brucellosis cases and key populations in Mudan District. Results A total of 183 cases of human brucellosis were reported in Mudan District from 2005 to 2012. The incidence rates reported in Du Town and Huji Township accounted for 42.08% and 33.88% respectively of the total number of cases. Among them, 139 cases accounted for 75.96% of patients aged 20 to 49 years and 133 cases of peasants , Accounting for 72.68%; 146 cases occurred in March-July, accounting for 79.78%. Infection rate of key population was 3.18%. Isolates of Brucella were isolated from 98 blood culture samples. Conclusion The epidemic situation in Mudan District has picked up obviously. The occupational characteristics are clear and the seasons are high. It is necessary to further strengthen departmental cooperation and implement various prevention and control measures.
