一、前言根据国家标准 GB1183—80有关球圆度的定义,测量时应在一次装夹中相对一个测量中心测取各点数据。当采用最小二乘法确定球的形状误差时,由于球的表面粗糙度、仪器的定位误差的影响,很难保证测量中心与最小二乘球心相重合。本文介绍的方向角余弦平方和法可由实测数据准确迅速地确定球心坐标,以消除偏心造成的各测点半径的误差。
I. Preface According to the national standard GB1183-80 definition of the ball roundness, the measurement should be in a fixture relative to a measurement center to measure the data at each point. When using the least square method to determine the spherical shape error, it is difficult to ensure that the center of measurement coincides with the least squares sphere due to the surface roughness of the ball and the positioning error of the instrument. In this paper, the direction angle cosine sum of squares method can be determined from the measured data accurately and quickly determine the coordinates of the center of the ball in order to eliminate the error caused by eccentricity of the measuring point radius.
