词汇教学是外语教学的重要组成部分。模因论观点认为,模因是一种文化单位,一种认知行为模式,可以通过模仿得到传播。以过程为目标的外语认知教学观认为语言行为是一个以规则为基础的创造性的过程。模因论和认知论的观点启示我们可以在英语词汇教学中将所学词汇的核心意义以及相关知识作为一个模因教给学生,学生以此为基础对原有知识和新学知识进行搭配和重新组合,最终实现英语学习交际目的。
Vocabulary teaching is an important part of foreign language teaching. The memetic theory point of view is that memes are a cultural unit, a mode of cognitive behavior that can be transmitted through imitation. The foreign language cognitive teaching concept with process as the goal thinks that language behavior is a rule-based creative process. The memetic and cognitive perspectives suggest that we can teach the core meaning of vocabulary learned and relevant knowledge as a memes to students in English vocabulary teaching. Students use this as a basis to match original knowledge and new knowledge. And re-combination, and ultimately achieve the purpose of English learning communication.
