几年来,随着课程改革的日益深入,围绕“知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度和价值观”三维目标的课堂改革正在全国轰轰烈烈地进行。笔者所在的学校也正搞得热火朝天,特别是顾校长上个月从山东杜郎口中学、潍坊五中参观学习归来,更是满腔热情地推动教改。学校老师们通过多次的学习、培训、观摩,对新课程理念也已有较深入的认识,笔者也主动、积极参与其中。然而,在课堂改革的教学实践中,笔者发现了一块绊脚石,那就是有限的教学时间,即不足的课时。
