[目的]了解内蒙古某煤矿职工饮食行为现况及存在的问题,为今后开展营养教育的设计及干预提供科学依据。[方法]以问卷形式对3046名煤矿职工的膳食行为进行调查并对调查结果进行分析。[结果]煤矿职工每天早餐就餐率为53.4%,每天吃粗粮的占11.5%,每天吃豆制品的占9.6%,每天吃鸡蛋的占17.8%,每天吃内脏的占1.9%,每天吃肥肉的占14.9%。[结论]应加强煤矿职工的营养知识素养,尤其是重体力工人,改掉不良的饮食习惯,掌握合理营养的方法,提高整个煤矿职工群体的营养健康状况。
[Objective] To understand the status quo and existing problems of the dietary behaviors of employees in a mine in Inner Mongolia and to provide a scientific basis for the design and intervention of nutrition education in the future. [Method] The questionnaire was used to investigate the dietary behaviors of 3046 coal mine workers and analyze the survey results. [Results] The daily breakfast rate of coal mine workers was 53.4%, 11.5% of daily coarse grains, 9.6% of daily soy products, 17.8% of daily eggs, 1.9% of viscera every day, fat daily Accounted for 14.9%. [Conclusion] The nutritional knowledge literacy of coal mine workers should be strengthened, especially heavy manual workers, get rid of bad eating habits, master the methods of reasonable nutrition and improve the nutrition and health status of the coal mine workers.
