一台X195柴油机工作时,出现排气管冒白烟,气缸盖与机体接合处漏气现象。打开气缸盖后发现,气缸垫局部烧损。开始认为,冒白烟和漏气是由于气缸垫局部烧损造成的。但是,当换用新的气缸垫后,这种现象仍没消失。根源在哪?仔细检查,发现机体上4个双头螺栓孔有1个滑扣。当柴油机在工作时,锁紧气缸盖的双头螺栓和螺母,只有3副起作用,气缸盖压紧力不足,造成气缸垫翘曲变形,冷却水从机体和气缸垫接合处进入气缸,致使排气管冒白烟,气缸垫烧损漏气。排除方法:将机体上滑扣的M16×1.5-6H螺纹孔,用
