上市开放式基金(LOF)是指在交易所上市交易及申购赎回的开放式证券投资基金,具有交易方式灵活多样、操作方便快捷等特点。LOF既可以像一般开放式基金一样通过基金发起人、管理人、银行及其他代销机构网点进行(场外)申购和赎回,也可以像封闭式基金那样通过交易所的系统进行(场内)买卖。
Listed open-end funds (LOFs) are open-ended securities investment funds that are listed, traded and purchased for redemption on the exchange.
