宜疏不宜堵。做为工会干部要经常深入群众和工作第一线,与职工打成一片。在进行教育、引导和思想转化工作之前,要充分发扬民主,认真倾听和向党组织及时反映职工的意见与要求,让群众讲真话、讲心里话,只有把思想问题暴露出来,才能做到有的放矢。宜导不宜压。施教者要用坦诚、平等、与人为善和乐助好施的态度摆事实、讲道理,以情感人,以理服人。既指出前进的方向,又给人以鼓舞。居高临下、以势压人的做法,不但收不到好的结果,往往还会引出逆反心理,起反面作用。
