本实验用MNNG体外诱发转化的金仓鼠胚胎细胞研究了cAMP和硷基含量的变化。结果发现转化细胞内的cAMP水平只及对照细胞的三分之一;硷基含量的变化表明,转化细胞的腺嘌呤则略有增加。这些结果提示在转化细胞中DNA和质膜都受到了损伤。
In this study, MNNG transformed golden hamster embryo cells in vitro study of cAMP and base content changes. The results showed that the level of cAMP in transformed cells was only one-third that of control cells. The change of base content showed that adenine was slightly increased in transformed cells. These results suggest that DNA and plasma membrane are damaged in transformed cells.
