本文介绍了国产宫腔镜的操作方法和临床应用.自1976～1980年共作宫腔镜检查252例,用于诊断者186例,其中94例异常子宫出血患者中,经镜检发现近半数病例有息肉、肌瘤、粘连、畸形、癌等病变;用于探寻慢性盆腔痛、不育症、放环后副反应以及哺乳期环易脱落等情况的原因者92例,亦发现一定百分比的病变;用于手术者66例,包括宫内节育器的定位、诊断和试取,取出宫内异物,经宫腔镜作输卵管粘堵绝育等。文中对宫腔镜检的适应证、禁忌证、临床价值以及今后趋势均作了讨论。
