上海申康医院发展中心成立于2005年9月,是由上海市人民政府批准成立的国有非营利性事业法人,是市级公立医疗机构国有资产投资管理运营的责任主体和政府办医的责任主体。
Established in September 2005, Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center is a state-owned, non-profit corporation approved by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. It is the main body responsible for the state-owned assets investment management and operation of the municipal public medical institutions and the responsibility of the government .
