将1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚与溴丙烯反应合成具有末端双键的指示剂染料——1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-烯丙氧基萘,并与甲基丙烯酸羟丙脂、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇脂在表面硅烷化过的普通玻璃片上进行共聚合,制得共价固定吡啶偶氮萘基染料分子的光学薄膜。以Cu2+离子为例测试了敏感膜的光学响应性能,结果表明所得材料对溶液中Cu2+具有良好的响应性能。该膜在使用过程中无脱落现象,重复使用6次其相对偏差小于6%。
The 1- (2-pyridylazo) -2-naphthol was reacted with bromopropene to synthesize 1- (2-pyridylazo) -2-allyloxynaphthalene as an indicator dye with a terminal double bond, Copolymerization of hydroxypropyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate on ordinary silanized ordinary glass sheets gave an optical film covalently immobilized pyridylazonaphthalene dye molecules. The optical response of the sensitive film was tested by taking Cu2 + ions as an example. The results show that the obtained material has good response to Cu2 + in solution. The film in the course of no shedding phenomenon, repeated 6 times the relative deviation of less than 6%.
