今年5月1日至16日,北京市110指挥平台持续接到同一个手机号码打来的报警电话。接警员接通电话后,该人一不求助,二不报警,更不如实通报自己的真实姓名,或长时间沉默不说话,或直接爆粗口辱骂接警员,严重影响了110报警平台的正常工作秩序。民警多次进行耐心劝导和解释,但该人始终置之不理,在半个月的时间内,他持续拨打110报警电话1800余次,平均每天100余次。5月18日晚,经认真查找,石景山警方在永定河南岸一工地将拨打电话的李某抓获。
