选聘高校毕业生到农村任职是我国的国家人才战略,高校对未来的大学生村官创新意识、创新思维的培养,关系到社会主义新农村建设骨干力量的素质,关系到社会主义新农村建设的成功。为此课题组在进行调查的基础上,提出了高校创新教育的内容,以及以土地法课程为例提出高校创新教育实践。
Selecting and hiring college graduates to work in the rural areas is a national talent strategy of our country. The university’s innovative consciousness and creative thinking for the future college village officials are related to the quality of backbone forces in building a new socialist countryside and are related to the construction of a new socialist countryside success. Therefore, based on the investigation, the research group proposed the content of innovation education in colleges and universities, and put forward the practice of innovation education in colleges and universities by taking the land law as an example.
