一、英语教学中的低效现象在新课程改革中,一些老师对新课程背景下的教学模式认识不到位,过于追求教学形式,从而降低了英语课堂的效率。1.教学环节设计不当如果教师对于学生的学情不够了解,在课堂上就会过多的关注设计的形式,而忽略了具体内容的难易程度等,从而造成浪费。例如,在一堂复习课上,目标是复习所学词组和句型,教师设计一个故事接龙,要求小组成员各编一句,把故事接下去,结果由于难度大,学生都用汉语讨论。教师在设计环节时,应考虑学生的可接受性和环节的可操作性。
